I don't know why it plays twice here, but oh to have the graciousness of the great man greeted by Memphis mayor Myron Lowery. Humor, too, is an ingredient in enlightenment, but I'd rather have a hug than a fist bump. That's just me, though.

my mission

I received my first reiki attunement in 2003. Since then I have gone on to become a Usui/Tibetan and Karuna reiki master teacher.

One of the translations of reiki is holy spirit (and yes, she is a girl). She is my goddess who guides me, heals me and reminds me that the greatest work of the spirit isn't some lofty or far flung thing, it is the every day way we treat ourselves, those we meet and our planet.

I hope you will find something to inspire you here. So get up off the sofa, put on your funky duds and see if the goddess doesn't have a mission for you, too.
